Program Process – Executive Agencies

Please take the following steps to request staff augmentation/fixed bid contractors:

  1. Please ensure that your IT Service need has been approved through your internal process.
  2. Once approved, electronically submit your Project Posting Requisition Form and Evaluation Committee Confidentiality Agreements by utilizing the links below:
    • Project Posting Request Form
    • COI Agreement Attachment
*Please Note: The requester will need to include the Committee Participants in the Posting Request Form. Subsequently, each member of the Evaluation Committee will receive an email prompting them to electronically sign the Confidentiality Agreement through Adobe.
  3. Once the manager submits the request, it will route directly to DTS.  DTS will assign the project a Knowledge Services Scope of Work Number (KSSOW).  The requesting manager will be cc’d with an email to Knowledge Services to notify KS to post the need in dotStaff.  Additional information specific to that project will be included on that email.
  4. Once the winning bid is determined, the requesting manager will need to complete and submit the Justification form.  DTS will review the Justification and make the official determination for Knowledge Services to extend the award to the selected vendor. (Contingent on the successful completion of onboarding requirements)
  5. Complete and submit the Services Amendment form when a project has a change to its original requirements.  IE: Additional task, Additional funding, or extending the end date.
  6. Closing a Program Assignment – Please complete and submit the request using this link:
